Open Question: Mountain Hardwear Pinole vs. Alps Mountaineering Clearwater Sleeping Bags?

I am moving to Vermont and going on a four day camping trip in Vermont in late August. Right now I'm choosing between these two bags, does anyone have any suggestions as to which woud be better? I'd like to continue to use this bag in the fall, spring, and maybe even early and late winter if temperatures allow. Any suggestions between these two bags, or should I consider another bag? (with a lower temperature rating perhaps?) I'm not used to cold weather and have never purchased a sleeping bag before so any suggestions would be really helpful!
